Hong Long Holdings Limited is a professional company engaging in real estate investment, real estate business, property leasing, tourism and catering.
The main real estate development projects the company involved in are City Center of South China Sea in Nanshan District Shenzhen and Sea World etc.. Gross area of Sea World is 22,000m2, which mainly provides business patterns of hotels, pubs, and foreign restaurants. It creates exotic atmosphere, conveys multinational cultures and builds international brand basing on representative music, dance, food, culture and customs, and crafts from all over the world.
The company now runs two hotels such as Honlux Apartment and Cruise Inn, which uphold the business faith of providing people-oriented, supreme, warm and consistent service to customers, winning over 95% of yearly occupancy, including 70% of long-term foreign guests.

Cruise Inn has 110 diverse luxurious guestrooms, equipped with small and medium-sized conference room, business center, lobby lounge and administrative bar.
The hotel adopts a unique, exquisite design with the theme of ocean, making guests feel like entering a underwater world and be refreshed with natural scenery.
In each rest area of every floor is equipped with automatic ice-making machine and coffee machine that offer personalized service to guests around the clock.
A small travel trough history
For Cruise Inn people, the two days, namely, December 15th and 16th 2012, are very special and memorable. Because it’s during the two days that the Family of Cruise Inn held “Family Day” for the first time.
We gathered here, merging all families into a big family. The company invited family dependents of employees to attend various activities of corporate family day. In this way, the company has not only built up a new platform for each family to understand and embrace the apartment, but also further promoted family members’ mutual understanding.
